 SA RADIO LIVE is coming!


From 30th September 2024 at 7am, Swansea's TRULLY local radio station will be SA RADIO LIVE.

The station will feature ex-Swansea Sound and The Wave presenters, along with some of the current Radio Tircoed presentation team.

Join Shaun Tilley for Breakfast and Steve Dewitt mid-mornings from 30th September. 

Other voices from the past include Griff Harries, Siany, Leighton Jones, Mark Powell, Matthew Morrissey, James Lewis, Smithy, Mike Menner, Chris Harper, Karl Burtonshaw and more!

You can also continue to hear Dave Hixson, Dave O'Rourke, Serious Jones, Mike Lewis and others currently on Radio Tircoed.

I will also continue to host In The Groove on a Saturday Night, in a new time slot of 10pm until 1am. I will also be cropping up at other times of the week as I fill in for those who need time off from their shows!

Cornflakes coated chicken Inspired by Nigella  In a bowl mix together the following Mustard (of your choice - dijon, whole grain or French) Two cloves of garlic (grated) Egg (to combine) mix well until all ingredients are combined. To this add 2 chicken breast fillets flattened into escallops, let them bathe for a while, while you prepare the coating. In another dish pour some cornflakes , massage them into crumbs, add some paprika or cayenne pepper ( depending on your taste ), mix together. Take the chicken out of your mustard mixture and coat in the cornflakes, make sure you coat well. Fry in a pan until the chicken is cooked. Serve with a nice salad. Cons proposals for PIP Sunak and his government need flogging - end of! Here are his government's proposals relating to PIP. Awards for claimants with physical health conditions and those with mental health issues were called into question by Sunak. He argued that whilst some people need money for aids such as handrails or stairlifts “Often they’re already available at low cost, or free from the NHS or Local Authorities. Leaking Taps Well Caredig are here to fix dripping tap, they don't change washers any more, they change the taps! What a wasteful world we live in. I said to the chap why not change just the washer? seems a waste not to, so he went to see if he had just a washer and he would Job done, and the taps were changed
