Why is my right knee being a pain? It goes weak a lot of the time. I have had to get a crutch because when it plays up I feel a walking stick don't offer me the support that I need.

I feel fed up, and when it goes weak when I am in my flat I am trapped inside.

Sunday 30th June: Not long up, feeling a bit off this morning, hope that improves. Bit on the achy side, on my scale of 1 to 10, about a 5

Friday 28th June: Covered a show today, but as the afternoon went on my pain went from a 3 to a 7, hope it eases by tomorrow!

Thursday 27th June: Pain at about 7 out of 10 this morning, did my Imraldi injection and within a few hours and a few gabapentin later pain had gone down to around my baseline pain level of about 4 out of 10.

Wednesday 26th June: Really bad pain day - out of 10, its about a 9. Its more or less all over pain.

Monday 24th June: Feeling wiped out, hardly no energy, pain at around a 7 out of 10. Knee really causing issues today, ok one moment and weak the next.

Friday 21st June: Aches and pains at a normal level of about 4 out of 10, which is about my baseline, it never fully goes. By mid afternoon it was a 7 out of 10.

Thursday 20th June: Aches and pains at about 7 out of 10 when I woke up, neck and shoulders feeling the pain. Had Nero to look after today, when ever I am looking after a dog, I find I feel miles better. Nero seems to pick up on my pain and reminds me to take my meds. I could do with a dog full time.

Tuesday 18th June: Pain at about 4 out of 10 today, lets try and get some things done, need to do some cleaning and sorting out around the flat.Before bed pain seemed to rise to about a 6 out of 10.

Sunday 16th June: Did my show yesterday evening, then did a little shopping in Asda. Why don't people look where they are pushing their trollies? Pain today started out at about a 6 out of 10, subsided to about a 5.

Thursday 13th June: Pain started out at about 8 out of 10, didn't feel like getting out of bed, but had Nero coming so had to, looking after him makes me get up and sorted out even when I don't want to. Almost forgot to do my injection, Nero seemed to pick up on pain so I did it. As the afternoon went on, pain subsided to 5 out of 10.

Wednesday 12th June: Bed day - pain too high to do anything 8 out of 10.

Cornflakes coated chicken Inspired by Nigella  In a bowl mix together the following Mustard (of your choice - dijon, whole grain or French) Two cloves of garlic (grated) Egg (to combine) mix well until all ingredients are combined. To this add 2 chicken breast fillets flattened into escallops, let them bathe for a while, while you prepare the coating. In another dish pour some cornflakes , massage them into crumbs, add some paprika or cayenne pepper ( depending on your taste ), mix together. Take the chicken out of your mustard mixture and coat in the cornflakes, make sure you coat well. Fry in a pan until the chicken is cooked. Serve with a nice salad. Cons proposals for PIP Sunak and his government need flogging - end of! Here are his government's proposals relating to PIP. Awards for claimants with physical health conditions and those with mental health issues were called into question by Sunak. He argued that whilst some people need money for aids such as handrails or stairlifts “Often they’re already available at low cost, or free from the NHS or Local Authorities. And they’re one-off costs so it probably isn’t right that we’re paying an ongoing amount every year.” MY VIEW ON THIS: I need PIP for my motability car, also to get CBD and other natural remedies as I'm not a fan of co-codamol and other pain killers and things to make life easier that I can't get elsewhere, I buy my own walking sticks that go with what I wear, so they blend in and don't stand out, it helps my minds train of thought. Recipe: Turkey Mince and Veg

 Turkey Mince and Veg This idea come from a few weeks ago, when I was in Tesco and saw minced beef with butternut squash already mixed in to it. First of all chop up some spring onions and three cloves of garlic, gently fry these in a big pan. Add in to this some chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Break up some turkey mince (you can use any other kind you want, I just went for turkey as it was the cheapest at the time) and add this to the pan. At this stage I added some paprika and 2 Oxo cubes. Add to this some swede and carrott mash, mix this in to the mince. Once the mince has begun to brown add a whole tim of chopped tomatos and mix well. Bring it to the boil and simmer for 15 mins, making sure it don't stick. Turn the heat off and keep the lid on. The built up heat will keep cooking the mince and veg. You can serve this up with whole grain rice or maybe some cous cous. I use the microwave pouches as they are more convenient.
