I'm fully vaccinated

I'm fully vaccinated, no, I don't know what's in it - neither this vaccine, the ones I had as a child, or other treatments…whether it's for cancer, AIDS, the one for polyarthritis, or vaccines for infants or children.
I also don't know what's in the medications  I take for my health problems, or the pain killers I take that help with my aches and pains.  

There's a lot of things I don't know and never will… 
I just know one thing: life is short, very short, and I still want to do something other than just staying locked in my home. I still want to travel and hug people without fear and find a little feeling of life "before".

As a child and as an adult I've been vaccinated for mumps, measles, polio and quite a few others; my parents and I trusted the science and never had to suffer through or transmit any of the said diseases.

I'm vaccinated, not to please the government but:

* To NOT die from Covid-19.
* To NOT clutter a hospital bed if I get sick.
* To see and hug my loved ones.
* To NOT have to do PCR or antigenic tests to go to a restaurant, go to the cinema, go on holidays and many more things to come.
* To live my life. 
* For Covid-19 to become an old memory.
* To be socially responsible.
* To protect my family, friends and those I am yet to meet.

Cornflakes coated chicken Inspired by Nigella  In a bowl mix together the following Mustard (of your choice - dijon, whole grain or French) Two cloves of garlic (grated) Egg (to combine) mix well until all ingredients are combined. To this add 2 chicken breast fillets flattened into escallops, let them bathe for a while, while you prepare the coating. In another dish pour some cornflakes , massage them into crumbs, add some paprika or cayenne pepper ( depending on your taste ), mix together. Cons proposals for PIP Sunak and his government need flogging - end of! Here are his government's proposals relating to PIP. Awards for claimants with physical health conditions and those with mental health issues were called into question by Sunak. He argued that whilst some people need money for aids such as handrails or stairlifts “Often they’re already available at low cost, or free from the NHS or Local Authorities. Leaking Taps Well Caredig are here to fix dripping tap, they don't change washers any more, they change the taps! What a wasteful world we live in. I said to the chap why not change just the washer? seems a waste not to, so he went to see if he had just a washer and he would Job done, and the taps were changed
